The role of the Senior SAP Technical Support Engineer is to provide exceptional remote-based for mission-critical SAP applications. The position entails trouble shooting and support of BASIS kernel, configuration issues, applications, etc. The role of the Senior SAP Technical Support Engineer will also require the expertise and skills in order to replicate serious issues; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in complex and highly-configured environments.
Job requirements include expertise with SAP R/3 4.7 and older experience, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration. The best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple operation system and database combinations, including proficiency in ABAP, Web Application Server, Internet Transaction Server, and Transport Management.
Provide remote-based SAP Technical product support.
Support clients with customizations and provide implementation and best practices advice.
Support Application PSE’s with technical assistance while resolving Client reported technical or configuration issues.
Develop application break fixes for critical product defects.
Responsible for managing several key assigned accounts as a technical account advisor.
Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients.
Develop technical documentation for all Rimini Street deliverables.
Expertise in SAP Technology Stack.
10 years relevant experience, preferably as a consultant.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
