The position entails support with responsibility for research, troubleshooting and support of ERP Sales, Distribution and Logistics Execution, etc. The role of the Senior SAP Support Engineer will also require the expertise and skills in order to replicate serious issues; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in complex and highly-configured environments.

Job requirements include expertise with SAP R/3 3.0 – 4.7 experiences, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application. The position also requires the ability to learn other SAP Modules and products. The best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules, module integration across releases (3.0-4.7), including proficiency with required SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules.

Support clients with customizations and provide implementation and best practices advice.
Develop application break fixes for critical product defects.
Responsible for managing several key assigned accounts as a technical account advisor.
Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients.
Develop technical documentation for all Rimini Street deliverables.
Expertise in SAP Sales, Distribution and Logistics Execution.
Over 10 years relevant experience, preferably as a consultant.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work remotely in a virtual environment.
